@SecretFlying I overstayed by about a year and left thru St Pancreas for Paris games, there was a border control on exit but they didn’t bat an eyelash. Back now on visa, sorry can’t talk specific about LHR but consulted immigration lawyer before I left UK.

A question for any Brits who might know the answer… When flying OUT of LHR, there’s no passport control. You just go through security and make your way to the gate. So how will the authorities know if a visitor to the U.K. has overstayed?
