We’re 30 odd games into this experiment and I’m leaning towards he is a nailed on elite Top 6 forward.
He hasn’t fallen off a bit, and I’ve actually seen more tenacity on the forecheck and defensively than ever before.
I always stop and I’m very kind to my fans. Yesterday was my birthday and I was honestly having a really bad day. Even so, I politely asked for understanding, and many people respected that. But you followed me for a long time, saying hurtful things and making me feel uncomfortable. I told you no multiple times, and you kept following me and recording. And now you’re posting this on social media. It’s sad to see people like you call themselves fans….
Bret Hart on Scott Hall coming to him with pages of ideas for their match at Royal Rumble 1993 and turning them all down
“I remember looking at it and I go we’re not doing any of this. He was just crushed.”
“If anything he never got over it.”

Bret Hart explains why he refused to take the Razor's Edge.
“His finish where he would do that — what we call the Razor’s Edge, and he would pick you up and drop you on your head. I remember I go, ‘Nobody is doing that to me, ever. I don’t care,’ and I would stand by that today. He goes, ‘Oh, don’t worry. I’ll set you down.’ I’m like, ‘Not on my f*cking head you’re not. No way. There’s no f*cking way. You’re 6’6 or something. You’re gonna fall backwards with me. The first thing that hits the ground is my head, and my upper back.’ I said, ‘This doesn’t make any sense. It’s too dangerous, too stupid of a move for me to do,’ and I refused to do it, and period.”
