Your conversation is made up, every Muslim knows Muhammad (SAW) didn't physically write the Quran, he couldn't even read or write. That's why the Quran is so special.
An illiterate man made prophecies about the future, had knowledge about the past, that was impossible to know all the while he wouldn't be able to read anything from books.
He recited what God told him, and then the people around him memorized it, and wrote it on pieces of paper, rocks and more.

The Quran is so disjointed and unclear that it is nothing but contradictions. Muhammad simply had "revelations from Allah" whenever he needed something done or wanted someone/something. Even Aisha noted this:

Doesn't seem like "perfect continuation" to me. Seems like either Jesus or Allah are incorrect about a pretty important historical fact.

He didn't "recite what god told him", he made things up as he went along and used stories and "facts" that he heard from travelers.
That's why silly late-appearing myths appear about Jesus and Biblical people that are incorrect.
Perhaps if he could read, he would have read the Torah, Psalms, and Gospels and wouldn't have been so wrong about what they actually say.
