The Wolf Among Us 2 was almost a completely different game 👀 > Development was fully reset in 2022. > Originally worked on Unreal Engine 4 > Moved to Unreal Engine 5 > The transition took around a year, effectively pausing development > AdHoc Studio (Dispatch) worked on the pre-2022 version before leaving the project > Some of AdHoc’s work remains in the final game > Telltale hopes future projects can be developed on a 2-year cycle > The Wolf Among Us Remastered has already been in development for over a year and is launching before TWAU2 Honestly, it’s kind of a miracle this game survived such a chaotic development cycle.
