We are thrilled to announce our two keynote speakers for the upcoming 67th Annual TPCA Conference in Corpus Christi, March 30–April 2, 2026! To register, click on the link texaspolicechiefs.org/events/2026-co… Get ready for an inspiring and motivating lineup featuring two nationally recognized leaders in law enforcement training and leadership development. Kent Williams is a retired Chief of Police with more than 32 years of law-enforcement experience and is now the owner of Breach Point Consulting. He draws on decades of leadership, training, and peer-support work to help agencies reduce stress and improve organizational culture. Williams teaches nationally on Servant Leadership and “Universal Police Frustrations,” offering strategies to prevent toxic work climates and support officer well-being. He offers law enforcement leaders a new perspective on the hidden stresses and cultural challenges that arise from performing well in policing, while teaching strategies to reduce stress and improve organizational health. Paul Butler is an internationally renowned speaker who has trained and entertained audiences in Europe, Africa, South America, and all across North America. He excels in the areas of motivation, leadership, customer service, and attitude empowerment. During his 27 years of law enforcement, he has been a public servant, training officer, sergeant, crisis negotiator, chief of police, and chief deputy. These opportunities have given him a unique perspective on a vast array of situations and circumstances that many people find themselves in every day. “Leadership for a Lifetime” is a motivational presentation that emphasizes how personal character and past experiences shape effective leadership. It highlights the idea that leadership potential exists in everyone and that the most respected leaders develop their traits through actions, not titles. Attendees learn how to apply individual strengths to build stronger teams and use lessons from the past to meet today’s challenges and seize future opportunities.
