With the holiday season here, many of our members are out in their communities spreading Christmas cheer. Recently, the Howe Police Department proudly participated in the city’s annual Christmas Parade, with K9 Officer Justin Like and K9 Prada joining in the festivities and walking in the parade.

Bridgeport Police Chief Steve Stanford had the privilege of presenting Bedford Police Chief Bobby LaPenna with the TPCAF Best Practices Program Accreditation Certificate at a recent City Council meeting. Chief LaPenna and his team were acknowledged for their commitment to adhering to the program's stringent standards. Congratulations!

Paul Butler is an internationally renowned speaker who has trained and entertained audiences in Europe, Africa, South America, and all across North America. He excels in the areas of motivation, leadership, customer service, and attitude empowerment. During his 27 years of law enforcement, he has been a public servant, training officer, sergeant, crisis negotiator, chief of police, and chief deputy. These opportunities have given him a unique perspective on a vast array of situations and circumstances that many people find themselves in every day. “Leadership for a Lifetime” is a motivational presentation that emphasizes how personal character and past experiences shape effective leadership. It highlights the idea that leadership potential exists in everyone and that the most respected leaders develop their traits through actions, not titles. Attendees learn how to apply individual strengths to build stronger teams and use lessons from the past to meet today’s challenges and seize future opportunities.
