@1clauze That's a scammer using content from a legitimate realtor. These scams are all over TikTok, they usually take deposits from people to view the property or they ask for 1 month's deposit and then you never hear from them again. It's a massive issue in the industry right now!

@1clauze Bro it's out of control! I was at a coffee shop and a lady that worked there came up to me and asked if it was customary to pay a fee to view a property. I told her no and she showed me the account that she was scammed from. The account was impersonating a fellow realtor!
