@evrisupportline how do I contact you to let your know your delivery driver has delivered my last 6 parcels to my next door neighbour!!! Our door numbers are clearly displayed but he just leaves them on their doorstep, even in the rain

If a parcel is marked for 2 day delivery, how is it that it doesn’t arrive until 4 days after Evri received it. Example: 10 Nov - We’ve collected it. 12 Nov We’re processing it.🤔
