I contemplated making a video about this but then felt like it's a "this ain't a terminal, you don't have to announce your departure" type thing; just figured I'd jot down somewhere that I'm taking a break from content creation and FFXIV PvP, likely until around Fanfest (~April).

While this is not the main reason why I'm taking a break (probably a subject for a video by itself...), @FF_XIV_EN's lack of interest in moderating CC is part of why I've grown tired and disillusioned too. I can't bring myself to invest more in the mode when I know they won't.

Square Enix does not care about the integrity of the game. No matter how many reports, pleads to moderate and maintain the game mode, people get away with cheating for days and we can't do anything about it. Please help us bring awareness #FFXIV Youtube version in reply below

After sitting down to think after CCRC I realized that I'm not excited about creating videos or PvP at the moment, so it's time to pursue something that does give me joy. Maybe I'll recover that spark CC once gave me, but if I don't that's okay! Life is cyclical like that.
