@Smally_Blade@SWFC_C5@pmoody810 because it’s half home half away fans
and the empty seats were in the home bit, which is was the point of the post was
it’s really not that difficult
@SWFC_C5@TenMenPlus1@pmoody810 The away fans sir in the lower section yes, but it’s still part of the overall stand which is known as the away end. Not sure how people can’t grasp that
@Smally_Blade@pmoody810 i said deflecting not defending
the convo here is about fans not turning up last night
but then again you think all those empty seats were in the away end 😂😂
@TenMenPlus1@pmoody810 I’m not defending at all. We’ve averaged 28K at home all season, that’s a fact. It’s obvious people stayed away yesterday to save money for the final and ticket prices being high in general
@Smally_Blade@pmoody810 it doesn’t, and nothing i have said suggested i am happy with the state of my club,
i am however proud of the support that it still gets despite 25+yrs of crap
but this wasn’t about us, it was about your lot before you tried to deflect
@Smally_Blade@pmoody810 home fans on the top as you previously stated
(where all the empty seats are)
yup, no arguments from me there, you’ve been ahead of us for about 7/8yrs now
academy has always (well, since McCabe investment) been better too
@TenMenPlus1@pmoody810 It is the away end, away fans sit in the lower tier, not sure how it’s hard to understand 🤷🏼♂️. It is because you lot mention it all the time. We’ve beat you twice this year, far better on and off the pitch and all you lot can say is “oh but our attendances are better”
@TenMenPlus1@pmoody810 We’ve been in the prem a few years now on and off and it’s not all it’s cracked up to be. Our fan base has developed a sense of entitlement and been spoilt with success in last 5/6 years.
@Smally_Blade@pmoody810 the L that ‘it’s the away end’ etc
wouldn’t say it’s an obsession but you’ve been ahead of us for about 7/8years now so we don’t have much on the field to throw around - surprised this is news to you
yeah i do, hence why they are expanding their stadium
@TenMenPlus1@pmoody810 Take what L? We won the game 3-0. Not sure what your lots obsession is with attendances. You wear it like some badge of honour when it literally irrelevant. You don’t get more points for bigger attendances. Do you think teams like Bournemouth care about attendances?
@Smally_Blade@pmoody810 very, very rarely
it was for home fans last night as usual, but just not enough demand
the ‘we didn’t sell out because it was 3-0 from first leg’ says it all. should have sold most seats straight away before/regardless of the first leg
mate just take the ‘L’
@TenMenPlus1@pmoody810 Yeah but the whole stand is where away fans sit. Sometimes they have had the upper tier as well. We don’t sell out because it was 3-0 from first leg. Our average home attendance has been top 5 all season
@TenMenPlus1@pmoody810 Yeah I’ve got a season ticket. You can literally see the away fans in the lower tier, that’s how it’s always been. Home fans on top. Stand opened last minute
