3 years. No pregnancy. Irregular periods… she kept trying. Then you notice THIS on her neck. What’s going on??

I remember when Dr Fred Matiang'i was the Minister for interior, just his voice would make bandits tremble and disappear. Three prisoners escaped from Kamiti maximum prison, travelled and disappeared deep into the bushes of Ukambani for days almost a week. Daktari traced them captured them and brought them back to Kamiti. He fired all the officers who were in charge. Daktari is no nonsense man. I'm trying to imagine what could have happened to the goons who attacked and injured the Vihiga county senator Godfrey Osotsi if it was Daktari still in the interior ministry.

A narcissist’s mindset often doesn’t center around accountability... it centers around image. It’s not the wrongdoing that disturbs them the most, it’s the exposure. The moment their actions are brought into the light, the focus instantly shifts from what they did to who dared to reveal it. Instead of reflecting on their behavior, they become defensive, angry, and consumed with protecting their reputation. They’ll twist the situation, shift blame, or even attack the person telling the truth, because in their mind, being seen as wrong feels worse than actually being wrong. To them, it’s never about growth or understanding, it’s about control. Control of the narrative, control of perception, and control of how others see them. And when that control slips, the reaction is rarely remorse… it’s resistance.
