That water you're seeing there might be a deep channel for ships. If a bridge is constructed there it will automatically stop the movement of ships. The mobile bridge vessel will help to move cars, while vessels can freely pass within the channel. Note. if they should construct a bridge and make it very high, it will affect the major road and some buildings around.
