I think the job really makes the demographic; I work with almost entirely younger Gen Z and it's exactly this. My coworkers who are mid age women are the only ones I get along with, but I think that pack mentality of what demographic is the majority is when it gets this bad.

@RykerTheShep I think if things just feel more natural and you're confident in interacting. Same jokes or gestures you'd make with each other online but not have to guess how they're feel about it. You know its good when talking to them after and its more frequent/ overall more exciting

It really tickles me how friendship dynamics change immediately when you meet your online friends IRL It's like the second you have that physical connection and different social queues you don't get online it only gets better (unless it doesn't)
