They won't refund a single penny, this is very bad experience where railway takes all money and then will allot the cancelled seats to another passenger thus earning money twice for single birth.

This is so unfair why @NWRailways @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia #indianrailways doesn't give any refund on cancelation of tatkal tickets if the plan of journey changes, when it's online era they can easily allot the vacant seat to the waiting costumer and whcoh they'll still do but
