The delay for the 3.5% of VAT businesses where there are still unknowns, means that they can concentrate on the other 96.5% for April. It was this smaller set of businesses where many of the questions remained and fed the doubters.

That puts that one to bed then! A delay of 6mnths. I can hear the bears of @AccountingWEBuk getting ready to roar! "It will never happen"
