After further experimantion Ive found to more conclusions about fimbulwinter to actually be a better item than protoplasm as in its proapbly the best HP/Haste Item in the game Stat Wise and HP. The only problem is building into %HP dmg comps is bad and sitting on tear sucks if you cant build Fimbulwinter early 1st or 2nd Item as it clutters your inventory. Also into bad matchups like Vayne/Varus or matchups where basically you want combat stats its also nerfing you more so therefore less consistent. If you need mana really badly frozen heart is there and manaflow gives enough to not go oom but Fimbulwinter IS AMAZING in the right situations where enemy has low dps only burst and you wanna draintank with Unending Fimbul combo. I think the Original Build I was running before is still more optimal so Im propably gonna go back to it but I will consider buying tear in future even if Im running manaflow band if you get comps that have basically 0% HP damage and you get to fight for long time. So basically fimbulwinter is situationally great but not great every game obviously so you cant cookie cutter build it always and cant make a runepage specifically designed to build it since you dont know if the enemy will actually stack good DPS/%HP damage or Crit where you would need other items to counter. But its a really good item in the right situations on 2nd Item and severly underrated. TLDR: DO NOT GO FIMBUL INTO ROUGH EARLY GAME MATCHUPS DO NOT TRY TO BUILD AROUND THE ITEM ONLY DO IT VS EASY LANES WHERE U SEE DRAINTANKING TO BE USEFUL DO NOT GO INSPIRATION PAGE LIKE I DID!
