@MatthewDoherty4 @Elle0188 @urmstonrichard This licence doesn’t start until next week, as per the dates of that licence, the staff in there risk a £20,000 fine and / or a 6 months custodial sentence, but they’ve probably been told they have a licence by the person employing them

@MatthewDoherty4 @Elle0188 @urmstonrichard The person currently occupying the premises doesn’t have the permission of the lease holder to do so and as they’ve said over on fb they have had to apply for a temp licence as we’ve informed licensing they don’t have permission to trade with ours.
