If the event gets completely cancelled we can apply the credit note for any future cake still. We are unable to give cash refunds as we are a small local business and have already brought ingredients etc for all these cakes so we hope that you all understand

From today we are asking that any customer that needs to cancel a cake that has already paid a deposit or paid in full for that cake, we are going to offer a CREDIT NOTE towards the cake being made on a future date of your choosing.

To ensure that our business can continue to thrive and survive through this period of uncertainty we would be grateful if any cake needs to be cancelled or deferred to a later date that you could phone us ASAP to ensure we have not already started the cake.

We can assure you for the foreseeable future we will carry on making all your pre-ordered cakes and are still available to take future orders. We are also aware that there may be coming times where parties etc may get cancelled.

To all our loyal customers, As you are all aware we are in an unprecedented and troubling time. Whilst the safety of you and your family is of paramount importance we would also implore you to support all your local small shops and businesses.

You only have today and tomorrow until 2.00pm to come and pick up some Christmas treats, mince pie's, logs, fruit and sponge cakes.
