If @PeterSchiff had conviction in his thesis, he’d take his company public, lever up gold to engineer balance sheet volatility, then issue converts and common stock to accumulate more gold as fiat debases against it.
Instead, he’s long miners that pay dividends in USD.

I recommend staying away from $UBER.
They will be heavily disrupted by Tesla's ability to scale self-driving cars at multi-million units per year and offering them on their proprietary app platform.
Uber manages human supply/demand of transportation. When the human is removed, Uber is worthless.

I’d recommend buying $UBER on weakness (-6.7% today). Any federal framework that advances autonomous driving will benefit UBER as well, with up to 70% of revenue currently used to pay drivers. If/when there is a lower cost driverless option, UBER demand will soar, whether riders use TSLA or other vehicles in the UBER network. $TSLA can streamline the regulatory process for approval of self-driving, but TSLA’s larger issue remains improving FSD to 99.999% efficacy so as to avoid liability for damage or injury.
