@Ozzny_CS2 I taught karrigan everything he knows about being an IGL. I intentionally never taught him how to win a 3rd map because I thought it would be a hilarious prank. Mission accomplished.

@Ozzny_CS2 FaZe management actually asks their players for their thoughts. If one of my players even has a thought, they're immediately scheduled for a 12 hour shift at the Arby's fryers to clear their head.

FaZe looked into the results that we had this year, it wasn't acceptable, and it's their way to kind of try to change and maybe showcase for now that they believe in the team and the players. I think it's hard to know which direction FaZe wants to go, but I think once they've found some names they find interesting, they'll probably send it to the team and hear their thoughts and probably explain to us what they think they can bring to the team, and then we'll take it from there. I think, in the end, it is FaZe's decision who they want to sign, but they're probably going to ask the players what we think of each coach and what they can bring to the team and maybe what we're lacking. So for now, we wait and see. I think it's come a little bit out of the blue. It's a signal to the scene that FaZe is looking for a head coach, probably after Major, maybe before, we will see what's happening."

@Ozzny_CS2 I completely agree with zonic. When our practice ends at 6 PM, my roster is strictly banned from playing FACEIT so they can immediately clock in for their 12 hour night shift at the meat packing plant.

zonic talked about the FACEIT Ban he imposed on his players ‼️ "When we have a practice day, starts around 10 and finishes at 6pm... I think the priorities, maybe even from the staff as well, but also from the players is: as soon as practice is over, we go and we enjoy, play FACEIT, play DM... You can talk to dupreeh later and he can also say I've been after him a lot for not playing enough FACEIT, not playing enough outside of practice. But I think this team is maybe a little bit on the other scale. I want the players, when the day is over, if we had a rough practice day that they go together and talk about the site, the setups, the different situations... Ultimately, it was just a shift in the priorities for us, that we need to spend more time on the team and not so much on the individual part."

@Ozzny_CS2 There has to be a massive carbon monoxide leak in my apartment. I've been staring at the same default gloves for so long that my brain is just fabricating miracles. Theres absolutely no way we actually got new gloves before GTA 6.
