Incidents like this one shared by a patron is the reason why we have security tips posted in our washrooms. It isn't an ideal solution but it sounds like she read the checklist, and in doing so, potentially prevented a serious crime.

@avantfilmm After a 2 year hiatus, we saw that, in the short term, providing guests with safety tips could prevent a variety of potential incidents. This is our immediate concern. We will always look to improve guest safety. Do you have recommendations?
