It's a fallacy because people use the term as a monolith for an incredibly divergent group of people.
It'd be like say "the earth community" to describe all humans.
Transphobia is actually just homophobia and it only exists when a bisexual or straight male is surprised to discover the person he just had sex with is the same sex as himself and has a violent reaction. It's incredibly rare.
