I am likely the most committed fantasy player you know to handcuffing your RBs! I even have an alter ego on X @TheHandcuffGod! I take knowing the right guys very seriously and I spend more time researching this than anyone should, so I am going to share with my people(you) who you should be targeting this season if you are looking to draft the room instead of just a player.. I will list the most valuable to least valuable player that is worth rostering from each RB room. Bookmark this for your fantasy drafts! We can check back in week 4 and see how my predictions go if you want! 😉 Arizona Cardinals Conner/Benson/Demercado Atlanta Falcons Bijan/Allgeier Baltimore Ravens Henry/Mitchell/Hill Hill passing down rb job secure no matter who is starting... Buffalo Bills Cook/Davis/Johnson Ty Johnson is a 3rd down back Carolina Panthers Hubbard/Dowdle/Etienne Chicago Bears Swift/Johnson/Monangai Cincinnati Bengals Brown/Brooks/Moss/Perrine Cleveland Browns Judkins/Ford/Sampson Ford will be week 1 starter but not week 18 starter... Dallas Cowboys Williams/Sanders/Blue Sanders has a shot at #1 IMO Denver Broncos Dobbins/Harvey/McLaughlin/Estime Harvey may out-produce Dobbins! Detroit Lions Gibbs/Montgomery Best stack there is! Green Bay Packers Jacobs/Lloyd/Wilson Houston Texans Mixon/Chubb/Pierce Indianapolis Colts Taylor/Giddens/Herbert Jacksonville Jaguars Etienne/Bigsby/Tuten/Allen Kansas City Chiefs Pacheco/Hunt/Smith/Mitchell Smith is a 3rd down back Las Vegas Raiders Jeanty/Mostert/White/McCormick Los Angeles Chargers Hampton/Harris/Sanders Los Angeles Rams Williams/Corum/Hunter Hunter change of pace but Corum direct replacement Miami Dolphins Achane/Wright/Mattison/Gordon Minnesota Vikings Jones/Mason New England Patriots Henderson/Stevenson/Gibson Stevenson could be #1 New Orleans Saints Kamara/Miller/Akers/Neal A healthy Miller is better than Akers/Neal.. New York Giants Tracy/Skattebo/Singletary Singletary could be #2 New York Jets Hall/Allen/Davis Philadelphia Eagles Barkley/Dillon/Shipley Shipley is a bad pick IMO stay away Pittsburgh Steelers Warren/Johnson/Gainwell could be Johnson/Warren/Gainwell🤷🏼♂️ San Francisco 49ers CMC/Guerrendo/James Make sure you cuff CMC w one of these! Seattle Seahawks Walker/Charbonnet/Martinez Tampa Bay Buccaneers Irving/White/Tucker Tennessee Titans Pollard/Spears/Mullings Washington Commanders Robinson/Ekeler/tough to predict #3 here, there are 3 guys it could be... Now let's talk a little draft strategy.. I love handcuffing my guys but I do it cautiously.. What I prefer to stay away from is the handcuff scenarios where the RB2 is going too early or close to the rb1. To me, it's a bad value combined. Examples are Vikings, Seahawks, Broncos, Titans, Steelers, Giants.. Usually I pick the starter and let the #2 go to someone who's willing to make a bad pick value wise.. However I will take a handcuff from these teams if I have the starter and I'm thin on depth. Like for example, If I only get 2-3 starting rbs, I want the room of all 2-3.. Taking another team's backup here is a very risky decision. Get your room instead! Lions are an exemption to these rules as both are a lock to be a top 5 back if one goes down.. My favorite handcuffs this year are: CMC, both backups are cheap considering what happened last year! The Jags room, Etienne is going around pick 100 and Bigsby 160 and it could be either one's job there.. Judkins slipping into tje 130-140 range and Ford going 160-170 range. Cook going around 45 and Davis 140 Hall is going around 40 and Allen around 170. Barkley going high and Dillon going rd 20 or undrafted. Bijan going high and allgeier going 155 range. Jacobs going rd 2-3 and Lloyd going 180s. Kamara going at 50 and Miller rd 20 or undrafted. Cowboys have minimal investment if you avoid Blue. Williams 130 Sanders 190🤯 Swift and Johnson is too little investment for what is possible here. Chiefs are only room I am avoiding all together..
