The NFL is tampering with its most valuable asset — scarcity. We love football *because* it’s once or twice each week. It makes every game special. No one wants 7 games in 9 nights. Then it becomes just like every other sport.

NFL now is exploring playing a game on Thanksgiving Eve as early as this season. This year this would be Wednesday, Nov. 25.

Raiders already have received calls from “several” teams inquiring about the availability of Maxx Crosby in a trade, per source. For now the Raiders are prepared to get Crosby healthy and have him play for Las Vegas. But they are listening to other teams.

We shouldn’t trade Maxx at least for a few months. No reason too. If there aren’t two firsts, and we already know we have the cap to keep everyone we’ve signed and Maxx, then wait for someone to get desperate or make Maxx sit out.
No one should benefit from this shit show.

The draft is the biggest part of the building but most of our signings were young dudes who will be able to - if they play to expectations - be a part of the young nucleus headlined by Mendoza, Bowers, and Jeanty.
