Jail Blazers documentary is as expected: entertaining for the uninitiated, and largely disappointing nostalgia for those that loved the era. Predictably, no perspective from the many Gen X/Millennial supporters. Portland depicted as a cow town.

The Carolina Hurricanes have unveiled plans for a $1 billion Raleigh Sports & Entertainment District.
Phase I includes:
• Two parking garages
• Expanded plaza with tailgating suites
• Retail, office space, residential units, hotel
Construction is set to begin December 2025.

That's well below the current NBA standard ... even for a first-time head coach. "From $1 million to $1.5 million is actually the price range for the league's top assistant coaches, but Portland's desire to spend so modestly on a full-time replacement for Billups has been widely communicated and figures to have a significant impact on the process" Says that the Blazers have held "exploratory dialogue" with roughly 20 international and college coaches; college coaches at the Power 4 level typically make more than $1.5 million salaries

If they have an international or college coach targeted they really like and can get cheap, God bless them. It takes 2 sides to sign a contract.

@billoram Love to see a story on Carolina Hurricanes fans and how they feel about Dundon. 8 straight years in the playoffs and the 2nd best team in NHL this season - after being one of the NHL’s worst franchises.

If I knew how much Blazer fans loved Playoff T-shirts I wouldn’t have given all of mine to Goodwill, and I would have sold them and retired early!

I predict it will be Tiago, or they will go outside the box (foreign, college, etc).
I think they will want someone hungry.
They have a plan. We will soon know what it is.

It would not shock me to see them try something unorthodox and outside the box (ala Moneyball in 2003 or Chip Kelly’s hurry up offense at Oregon) as an organization.
Pure speculation though. Time will tell.

Coach Splitter has confirmed the Blazers are fully healthy & ready to go Sunday vs the Spurs (Besides Dame).
The very first time this season the Blazers have been at full strength.
