@kassad What makes it even crazier is they had tickets to this LAN, where if they'd won it they would be guaranteed, and they sold their ticket to M80 (who then didn't even end up using it). Just insane mismanagement.

@kassad If BESTIA win definitely If Passion win it could get close if it's against Sangal in the final as they won't get as many points, but still probably yes. And if it's against Tricked in the final, then definitely.

Tell me if I understand this correctly. If Passion UA or BESTIA wins that tournament in Riga, Liquid is out of the Major?

The situation for Liquid is starting to get quite worrying. I still have them over 50% (but just barely) The decision to not attend Gamers Assembly or HLC Belgrade could absolutely haunt them

On top of hurting their own chances, BESTIA losing to Tricked today really hurt Passion's chances also. They now would meet in the semi-finals if Passion with their group (which they need to), when it would have been far better for Passion's VRS if they beat them in the final.

@BanuxMV @FlameIsSigma @MischiefCS2 Well, as stated, that's fixed from the next Major onwards. The tier 1 tournaments will end before the deadline, not over the top of it. Plus, FaZe I think only need to do one forfeit. They'll have Saturday off, so will only need to forfeit their Sunday PGL game.

@BanuxMV @FlameIsSigma @MischiefCS2 Well some events take a long time. Euro Pro League for example started on March 28th and ends on April 16th, and others are even longer. So you'd be slowing the whole process up by half a month minimum.

@TheRDouble @FlameIsSigma @MischiefCS2 the simple solution would be to just make the cutoff the last day to enter an event and not for counting the points. then do the math after the events are done
