The landscape of physician employment favors predatory contract clauses. That means establishing fulfilling medical practices is no longer in reach for graduating residents and fellows. But, I’ve created an easy way to improve your contract at a price you can actually afford. How? I've spent that last couple of years researching all the sneaky clauses employers use and discovered strategies to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with your future employers. After helping 34 residents and 4 fellows, I’ve created a system people can do on their own. Now anyone can afford a great employment contract on a budget and lay the foundation for a rewarding medical career, all without spending hours doing research.

Caution with Letters of Intent! You'll definitely encounter these in your contract negotiations. Letters of Intent (LOI) are crucial in physician contract negotiations as they outline the key terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties
