@virginmedia I think I’ve sorted a new deal but I have to wait 48 hours for confirmation emails. Iv been sent 4 / 5 diffent contracts emails all with different prices & wrong agreements that I never agreed. Trying to sort this out has took the best part of 2 days..! Nightmare of a company.
