I cooked up a budget Lucian deck that has been fun to play but not having a draw engine like Kai'sa is definitely felt lol. Red orange desperately needs draw

I don't know how the riftbound team managed to do it but Lucian plays almost identical to how he plays in league of legends lol this deck is extremely fun to pilot.
