@Kiratze Good vibes your way! Try not to sweat it! I get "silent" migraines w/distortions sometimes. Some combo of bright lights, a shifting eyeglass prescription, a tweaked nerve, or your body hating you for the day are *FAR* more likely than a clot in the ol' gray matter.

Doctor said very likely just a migraine but to probably get my family doctor to book a neurologist appointment as strokes aren't 100% ruled out. Family doctor can't see me for over a week so this is gonna be great for my anxiety 🙃

Just suffered my very first what I think to be, ocular migraine. Had some blind spots appear in my vision before a massive headache and nasuea. Worst of it seems to be over but holy hell. Would not recommend.

#7 Consider insulating the AC window itself. Fit/tape the AC exhaust to a foam/polystyrene panel (thicker = better & a few £ at your local hardware store) & fit the panel into your window sill. Stuff leftover insulating lining from tip #6 into cracks - style < staying cool!👇
