A film with real aesthetic taste. 1X’s NEO humanoid robot factory in Hayward, California, spanning 58,000 square feet, has officially started operations. It’s highly vertically integrated: they manufacture their own motors (Revo2), battery packs, tendons, hands (22 degrees of freedom), structural components, and more,completely avoiding reliance on foreign supply chains. Founder Bernt said that 1X secured over 10,000 orders in just the first five days. The factory’s initial production target is 10,000 units per year, which means these orders are now being urgently manufactured. The goal is to reach 100,000 units in mass production by 2027. This ramp-up is driven by real market demand. 1X has already formed a strategic partnership with EQT, planning to deploy up to 10,000 NEO robots across EQT’s portfolio of over 300 companies between 2026 and 2030. So 1X already has at least 20,000 orders to fulfill,probably more. Honestly, if you don’t see news from them, it just means they’re heads-down busy delivering in the factory. First Figure, now 1X… California is turning into a real-life Westworld. Well, the pressure and expectations are back on Tesla again.

@CTNg_Prince It would use the same systems as a normal mobile device
So if you are in range of a known WiFi network it will prefer that connection, otherwise it will run on cellular.
The current model we use is a Samsung A11

One of the killer ideas we had was to use a cellphone or Tablet as the face so we could grab communications via WiFi or cellular. Plus its way more expressive with facial animations

Mainnet preparation is underway!
Soon, Modulr will begin migrating eMDR from Ethereum.
As part of that process, Modulr will burn eMDR on Ethereum, reducing the maximum circulating supply on that network.
User-held tokens are not affected.
The migrated value will then be locked into Modulr’s Trust system to help back the services we operate.
The goal is simple:
Real accountability, real protection, real value behind the network.

Made solid progress on network recovery
We are implementing bi-directional security for anchor proofs and core calls, plus proactive proof retrieval.
Also tracked down a subtle timing bug tied to indexing (those are always fun).

We started by asking:
what if services could operate the same way robots do on a network?
That’s what led to the standards and architecture we’re building now.
Core and Assets are just the starting point, what the real unlock will be is when real-world services begin to run through the protocol.

This is a subtle shift but it says a lot about where @Modulr_Robotics is heading.
Started in robotics now they’re framing themselves as a decentralized platform + marketplace
Where developers can build, deploy and monetize applications while services move across the network.
That’s a much bigger scope and the foundation they’re pointing to is important:
→ Modulr.Core as the communication layer.
→ Modulr.Assets as the digital asset backbone.
Which basically means they’re setting up both the flow of information and the flow of value inside the system.
It’s still early but this starts to connect the dots.
Not just robots or AI but a network where different components can interact
And where builders can actually create and plug into that system.
