@nrlc This is a rotten, rotten thing. Irish women's prenatal appointments will become the fishing expeditions for "defects" that they are for so many moms here. When you can kill your imperfect child, wrongful birth suits are next. So much joy sucked out of pregnancy.

Early abortion is wrong--suction, poison, forceps... it's all wrong--but the fact that US senators feel comfortable defending the violent "medical" interventions that end human life after 20 weeks LMP... it truly boggles the mind.

I'm not entitled to tear the limbs off my ten-year-old, no matter how daunting--emotionally and/or financially--I find the prospect of her upcoming teen years.

Human growth & development is a natural process. The fact that anyone in this country is comfortable ending that process with violence is a testament to the pernicious effects of Roe, Doe, & the non-stop messaging of the abortion industry.
