Those nuclear weapons are not directed at Helsinki, Stockholm, or Oslo. They are directed at Washington, New York, or Los Angeles. So, it's in vested interest that countries like Finland, Sweden, and Norway can continue to monitor what is happening with these nuclear weapons and share intelligence with United States. I think what will happen is controlled burden-sharing within Alliance is we will probably see less troops from United States in Europe, less conventional material, which will be replaced by Europeans. But I believe NATO will stay strong because it's in military and political interest of United States to to have close allies.
