@ghostrightnow Hey Megs, definitely not a dumb question! 🙂‍↔️ The answer is yes BUT make sure that you only have *one* tab open for each show in the city that you signed up for – multiple tabs per show will cause errors!

For the Artist Presale? Yup! 🙂‍↕️ Codes are easy to share – some fans even post or try to sell them. Signing up for the Artist Presale ties access directly to your account so you can only queue for the shows you select. Trying to share accounts would cause errors! We’ve partnered with the tour to run extra protections during sign up so that tickets go to fans! 💙

I just know that face card is still tea 😌💅 But to answer your question... it's to protect fans and block fake accounts! If your account has incomplete info or shows unusual activity, you *may* be asked to complete a quick, secure identity check. Your info is encrypted by a trusted third-party expert in security and only used for verification.

With the Artist Presale, access is tied to your account so you can only join the queue for the shows you selected – sharing accounts would cause errors. In partnership with the tour, we’re running extra protections for this presale to ensure tickets go to fans! 💙

@hungthelights The presale is linked directly to your Ticketmaster account, and they even use facial scanning verification. I think it’s much more secure than presale codes that can easily be shared.
