So yeah. I did a thing. This is my long overdue half of an art trade with the wonderful @bound_bandit. After the amazing animation of Max and Chloe they made for me, I finally took the plunge into animation I've been meaning to make for so long. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Looks like Sombra has a new toy to play with! Trapped in a time bubble with only her super ticklish feet sticking out, Tracer is totally at the hacker's nonexistent mercy. Don't worry, Overwatch will save her. Probably. A commission for Scorpion. Very fun!

@empiricalsmut @ViralOps_ And this doesn't even hold up to scrutiny. Their strikes are aimed at nothing and just kinda go anywhere with no real reason. The guy at the start jumps off a roof then there is no roof in the next shot, just ground. This just looks kinda flashy without any modicum of substance.

Why are these AI bros so obsessed with these attempts to "hurt" actual artists, too? Like it gets their little weenies perking up whenever they type out their latest post like "Artists are cooked. It took me 5 minutes to make this animation in DickButt 2.0. This is the future of animation."

imagine spending a decade learning animation just to see THIS drop on the timeline. traditional animators used to spend years honing their craft to get motion like this. now some guy in his bedroom generates it under a minute. the helplessness real artists must be feeling right now is actually crazy. why even learn traditional keyframing anymore when the barrier to entry is completely GONE. this is the exact moment the animation industry changed forever.
