@gdj043 @cliffreid Ha! Nearly! I had my athletes do an 80 second sprint on the kayak ergo last week. Two of them had lactates over 20 within 4 min of finishing.

@gdj043 @Dan_Nash94 I think I only every got to 20, it was never a pleasant feeling! Common among athletes to reach lactates in the high teens/early twenties on the right sessions. Usually accompanied by some compensatory vomiting!

Lactate from an athlete after a 1200m time trial... If this was recorded in a hospital they'd already be writing the death certificate!
