Hiring: Hitting Coach – Menlo Park Legends (CCL Summer Collegiate Team)
We're looking for a passionate, experienced Hitting Coach to join the Menlo Park Legends for the 2026 summer season!
Key Details:
- Fully paid position
- Work with high-level Division 1 talent in the California Collegiate League (one of the top summer leagues, MLB partner)
- Tremendous resume-building opportunity – Develop hitters in front of D1 coaches & MLB scouts
- Must be able to throw live BP consistently
- Season: Late May through late July (~9 weeks)

The best assistant coaches do three things well:
1. Support the head coach publicly
2. Challenge the head coach privately
3. Serve the players daily
Loyalty doesn’t mean silence.
It means alignment and trust.
