Gym is the best life hack for most of my problems, and probability for yours too. Tired mentally? - Go to the gym. No motivation? - Go to the gym. No energy? - Go to the gym.

@itsezekielx I get you - i worked at the desk on a computer for 3 years and almost went nuts. Left the job because I have to move during the day to feel alive. Getting body tired is such a good feeling. And getting mind tired just sucks.

I chose to work at a construction, I would rather get my body tired than my mind.

Are you only on one social media platform? If you said yes, you’re in grave danger ⚠️ What if your account gets locked for a week? Or even worse… Permanently banned. One action could destroy months of work. Diversify your social media presence. Or suffer the consequences…

@CalebMartinCC I think they want to "play by they own rules". Or maybe they are saving money with having fewer social media managers 😄
