W 2025 r. wystawiono im ponad 76 tys. mandatów, głównie za jazdę po chodniku. Dorośli mogą poruszać się rowerem bez jakiejkolwiek weryfikacji znajomości przepisów, co rodzi napięcia na drogach. Recent reports (Euromonitor, Cushman & Wakefield 2025–2026 outlooks) confirm this remains the record PRS (private rental sector) transaction. Since joining the EU in 2004, foreign (especially German) investors have taken over huge parts of retail, banking and now residential rentals. Is this “European integration” — or a quiet economic takeover where Germans own our apartments while we pay rent forever???
