@NowakCreative @fireshoes Crown is usually not worth it, it's safer not to include it hehe. But it's too late in the format and I love to try fun stuff @ this point. You need at least 2 ways to make a token every turn.

Most fun I've had in the format was with this deck. So many different synergies, and so unique!

@toothymtg1 Some additional data, my prerelease videos some of my most watched videos each set. This time the prerelease vid has as many views as a random late format Lorwyn draft vid lol

working at a local game store, for ECL by friday morning our prereleases were sold out and we were turning people away, filling our game room with 90-100 people per day, and had to borrow prerelease kits from other stores. for TMNT we have less than 100 across the three days

@nascarcopilot I did the same with Spider Man and I don't regreat it even one bit. I encourage more people to do the same!

@TimermanJoaquin In 2025 I promised myself I would skip every small set. Not only the set has ninja turtles in it with sloppy art but also it is a horrible set to draft. I haven’t missed a single pre-release in years but I’m totally skipping this set (and the future small sets too)

I'm going to skip TMNT altogether, I'll probably go back to Vintage cube drafting. It's a matter of principles, I do not agree with the direction the game is taking.

@fireshoes So I had to pick a secondary lane and drafted some high rated elfs. - Changelings are the glue that ties tribal decks together. In this deck, they served as Kithkins for the Aspirants and as Elfs for the Visionary, Morcant's Eyes and the Eclipsed Elf. (3/3)

@fireshoes - Look to increase the consistency of your strategy (how you plan to win). Take lower-rated cards that fit your game plan. - Have two different strategies. Here I would've loved to draft only kithkins, but they were heavily contested by the end of pack 2 and 3. (2/3)

@fireshoes I know that this deck might not fit the exact definition of "going off meta", but it's a weird Kithkin deck, so it allows me to bring some points to the table for when you are short on playables: (1/3)
