For the record im sure some cool people worked really hard on this game. The problem isn't the game. its the idea to do the game again in 2026 and some desperate fans are going to be happy about it. When in reality, halo disappointed a lot of fans with this choice.

Im not giving halo studios $50 for the 3rd version of the same game with no multi player.

That’s not how criminal trials work. The defense doesn’t have to prove Karmelo was justified. The prosecution has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he was not. And whether Karmelo was supposed to be under the tent is relevant if it helps explain how the confrontation started, who escalated it, what was said, what threats were made, and what a reasonable person perceived at the moment force was used. No one is claiming he’s charged with trespassing. The question is whether the evidence proves murder beyond a reasonable doubt, not whether Austin’s death was tragic. Those are two different questions.

Karmelo's defense so far has called two witnesses. One of them was a coach who said he wasn't aware of any law saying Karmelo couldn't be under that tent. And the second one was a witness who admitted in the end that Karmelo was the instigator. Neither of these witnesses have done anything to establish that Karmelo Anthony was justified in murdering Austin Metcalf. Whether or not he should've been under the tent or shouldn't have been under the tent is completely and utterly irrelevant. He stabbed another child in the heart. He's not being charged with trespassing he's being charged with murder. And the reason the defense is struggling right now is because there is no defense. Karmelo is guilty.

@JackOfAllGamess The people at the COD office think every gun is viable for competitive until the players tell them which gun maps and even gametypes are viable. So until the developers or call of duty wants to have an on staff rules team that knows what they are doing. This is what it is.

Not defending the GA break, but the reaction around it was ludicrous and a discussion at the developer/league ops level needs to happen to get control of their game back. Im all for player empowerment, but they cannot be responsible for writing their own rules to their league.
