If I had the chance to talk to Justice Thomas I would ask him if the people still have the power to alter reform or abolish government. I would further question what that looks like according to the constitution minus any legislative considerations. I would point out how laws are made by congress. (Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,) I would show that simply replacing the house and senate in this phrase above to the people would also be in constitutional form. The people do have a right to assemble, and To alter reform or abolish government. That assembly of people could write an enactment because they hold the power of law. Imagine this: Be it enacted by the People of the United States of America assembled, to and for their common good and happiness alter, the legislature to include all bills passed be first reviewed for evidence that the legislature was instructed to prepare such legislation as to verify it be the will of the people and not the arbitrary wish of government. Our forefathers came to America specifically to stop having other men and kings rule over them. That was the purpose. Just as God warned the people in the Bible that they wouldn’t want a king in like fashion our forefathers created this country from those wise words. In this country the people are the kings.

I brought in beginnings of where any other thought they had authority over us in lieu of God, and some idea of the results of that over time. Us via our style of government.
