Some traders join mentorships expecting transformation in 30 days, Meanwhile they spent years building bad habits. Trading improvement doesn’t happen overnight. Even with guidance, repetition is still required.

🧵 The Break and Retest Strategy Simplified (Based on SnR) Most traders think they understand Break & Retest. But they still lose money every time price comes back to their zone. Here’s the real reason why…👇

In my trading journey, I painfully realized that what works for most traders doesn’t necessarily work for me. I failed every Two-Step prop firm challenge I worked hard to afford. Not because I lacked skill, but because mentally, I struggled with hitting an 8% target in Phase 1 and then having to do another 5–6% again in Phase 2. Everything changed when I switched to a One-Step challenge. I took my time, understood the rules properly, managed risk better, passed the account, and now I’m funded with successful withdrawals. Sometimes the problem isn’t your potential — it’s the structure you’re trying to force yourself into. Try a different approach. You never know what might finally click for you. #Propfirm #Tradingpsychology

“Bashing” in this context may simply mean being questioned about why the team is not meeting up with the numbers. That alone does not always mean management is toxic. Moments like that usually reveal a leader’s management style. Some transfer the pressure to the team, while others focus on finding solutions and getting the best out of people despite the situation. I believe leadership is more visible during difficult periods. If a team completely breaks down anytime pressure comes from above, then there is probably a need to re-examine the leadership approach.
Money you don’t spend is not yours@funshodarq1

This is too simple to say sha. Why is the upper management toxic? Why are they bashing a TL? Are they Korope or dango that they’re bashing a TL?

I once had a team lead who, after getting bashed in management meetings, would return the same energy to the team. The office atmosphere would instantly become tense. Attrition rate became high. Then I worked with another one. After tough management sessions, he would come back asking: “What can we change?” “Which strategy are we missing?” “How do we improve the numbers?” Same pressure. Different response. Each time he speaks with us performance always get better. Colleagues were more motivated, morale was higher, and team members pushed themselves because they felt supported, not attacked. I learned that people can handle targets and pressure. What really affects performance is the attitude of leadership during difficult moments.

If he doesn't introduce you to any of his family members within 2–3 months of dating, he's probably not serious about you. Keep your relationship private all you want, but at least one person from both families should know about the relationship. A serious relationship shouldn't feel like a hide and seek game.

Still on the topic of exposing ‘gurus’ in the trading industry ‼️ Earlier this year, a guru asked people in his community to get prop firm accounts, promising to help them pass Phase 1 and Phase 2 for free. His community trusted him and joined in. He was sending signals alongside the exact risk percentage to use on each trade. Everything seemed smooth until market conditions changed and losses started piling up back-to-back. But guess what? It was only a 4% drawdown. People immediately started dragging and indirectly mocking him with the same mantra he usually uses: “God can teach a man.” Amidst all the criticism, he addressed the issue once and went offline for a few days. Maybe because, at the end of the day, he’s still human and has emotions too. Then he came back online and insisted he was going to complete the challenge. Not only did they recover the drawdown, they smashed Phase 1, and just last week, they smashed Phase 2 as well. Now they’re funded. This might sound normal to some people, but the amount of work, focus, composure, and mental strength it must have taken is huge. It’s one thing to trade for yourself. It’s another thing entirely to carry people along, both the grateful ones and the entitled ones who are ready to devour you at the slightest opportunity. Big shoutout to @Fznation01 he is exactly who he thinks he is😇

Hello @LCFC I’m Olaogun, a winger also played as a striker from Nigeria. I’ve spent the last 3 years training daily to get one shot at professional football. I’m not asking for a contract. I’m asking for 7 days on trial to show you what I can do. If I’m not good enough, I’ll walk away with no hard feelings. I’m fast, direct, and I work harder than anyone on the pitch. My highlights are here: @Olaogun9" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/@Olaogun9 Thanks, Olaogun |

We can confirm that 10 Men’s First Team players will depart upon the expiration of their contracts this summer. We would like to thank all those leaving us for their contributions during their time on Filbert Way, and wish them the very best for the future.

If Bruno Fernandez were playing for Arsenal, he wouldn’t have been given that award. If Declan Rice and Raya were playing for Manchester United, they would have won it, jointly infact.
