In our recent preprint we describe two plasmid toolboxes. In-Cloning for the generation of scarless TUs and Out-Cloning for acceptor plasmid assembly. Both are compatible with the original MoClo standard. Congratulations to authors Stijn, Tania & Ahmet. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Inspired by our first paper about synthetic sRNAs we looked into predicting optimal seed sequences for sRNAs. The story is finally out doi.org/10.1093/bioinf…. Fruitful collaboration with @BorkBerghoff. First purely computational paper of the lab and first paper of @CedKB!
