This is somewhat offset by the fact that people who care enough about sending anon hate or stalking someone's blog are lifeless enough to go through the hassle of creating a brand new account, but you can still block anons, or even turn the anon feature off entirely.

Tumblr's blocking system really is unmatched: if you have someone blocked on there, your blog legit just doesn't exist for them. If they ever try to get to you, they just get the little "ghost blog!" page and that's it. Their URL doesn't even auto-populate in search.
