This is a simplistic statement by a simple man. If you assume all diseases are caused by diet, then you are simple and wrong. I wish they were - they can be made worse, rarely better - but alas, he is swiming for the fences and missing again. I am trained in Culinary Medicine and I wished this were true

Why did flu disappear during Covid? Because lockdowns and social distancing was extremely effective at preventing flu transmission - much better than it was for stopping the spread of Covid That's why

I told my daughter when I was a kid, the milkman would drive around in a truck and leave glass bottles of milk in a box on the front porch. We put the empties in the same box, and he'd pick them up.
She's now convinced I'm very old.
