@67gta390 I grew up in the sticks of southern Maryland. Aquasco Speedway was even further in the sticks about 10 miles from me and you could hear the cars on Sunday afternoons. It would always bring a smile to my face, because drag racing was my favorite spectator sport!

@david_schimpf Mine was a 1974 Ford Gran Torino Station Wagon, Lime Green. I bought it for $300 in 1981 and put $250 in it to get thru inspection. It was a great car and I loved it.

My kid is a rising senior. We’re looking at cars for her. She asked to look at the new Broncos… 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 $35000 & up. I decided to look at a RAV4 thinking I could find something less than $20000. They’re $30000 plus. I guess entry level vehicles are a thing of the past.
