There’s a massive class problem in the UK. Only 1 group is praised in the @GrenfellUnited report. The local community. We have a problem with services designed by middle/upper class people & think tanks for “those people” who live in social housing, draw on social care, benefits.

This is massive Supreme Court rules WCs can sued for nuisance or trespass for dumping sewage even if “There has been no negligence or deliberate misconduct”, by the WC That opens the way for 1,000s of claims by fishing clubs, swimmers, riparian owners against WCs. WOW just WOW!

Don’t forget what they have done. Partygate, the Covid contracts, the lies, the kickbacks. The cronyism, the failure to invest, the division and scapegoating, the trips to the bookies, the Liz Truss mini-budget, the decimation of your public services. Don’t forget any of it. 🧾

@JKMVidimo @LetsDoDigitalCI @marcus_baw This was one of the key outcomes of our "policy hack" at rewired - we're building communities for digital folk to share skills and develop in the NHS as part of this. But the ultimate focus is better approaches to then get better digital enablers for care teams.

@DanNeidle Can you do another graph that then includes other income sources? Has anyone done that? Av marginal tax by overall income / wealth?

Some people think the highest rate of income tax should be 20%. Some people think it should be 60%. Of course nobody thinks the highest rate should be 62%, but only on people earning £100-125k. That would be mad. But that's the tax system we have:
