The average temperature was 79.7°F. In Death Valley, the average was 108.1°F, the hottest month ever recorded on Earth.
So when we don’t have a connection for such a long period, we turn to everything else in the world to attempt to fill that void. That feeling can never be replaced, no matter what
I think our “global” society is having a human connection deficiency. People are so disconnected now (and think tech connects them) that we forget the value of empathy, common interest and chemistry on a human level
