Paracetamol is the first choice of painkiller if you're pregnant and is still considered the safest choice of pain relief during pregnancy.
There is no evidence it causes autism in children.

Went to Windsor castle to collect my MBE from Prince William today. It is a great privilege to receive this honour and I am grateful to all those who have mentored, supported and guided me throughout my career
