I’m a little late but this event was very personal for me. The 2025 @Nativeson awards was a space immaculately carved for safety and celebration. I have never attended a ceremony so dense in programing that speaks to the depths of our experiences.

At 10 you see someone who is unhoused and inebriated, on the street- you feel sorry for them and distance yourself from the idea it could be you. . At 30, you see some of your friends on that very street. Or. You wake up and see a 10 year old looking at you with that same pity.

I called @Apple today for help with my Mac. The associate was kind. But literally had no solutions for any of my storage and back up issues. I miss the old Genius Bar, when you would start telling them your problem. They CUT YOU OFF, As they fix the issue.

@VivintHome currently on the phone still. This has been the worst customer service experience ever. I reinstated my service. Waited for the allotted time period. I had multiple issues. Door locks not working properly. Sensors not working properly. I couldn’t login
